• OutbackWorX is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact us to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply in order to make a return:
  • Return must be initiated within 3 working days (Mon-Fri) of receipt of product by customer.
  • Shipping cost is non-refundable
  • A $10.00 Restocking Fee applies ( provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without wear )
  • Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $50.00.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • No wear, or use can be apparent upon return to receive a credit (must be in original factory condition and packaged)
  • one year Warranty Claim / Returns are valid for original owner only.
  • Please contact us  via email francis@countermail.com  to alert us to your return and the reason for your return. Please include a valid phone # and time to call.
  • We will either email or call you with return instructions.
  • Upon valid return receipt of goods to OutbackWorX we will inspect the item(s) and issue refund to Credit Card or check as applicable. Normal inspection and refund period is 3 days
